I'm a Senior Consultant with the Association Resource Centre with seven years' experience working in the areas of qualitative research and strategic planning for not-for-profit organizations across North America. 

As an extension to my love of all things strategic and addiction to information, I am a long-time observer (if somewhat late adopter) and affectionado of social media, particularly as it pertains to the association world.  My interest in this phenomenon began a decade ago when I stumbled upon a program at the University of Western Ontario in Media, Information and Technoculture...and I'm still learning.
